Silverado held Clark to 95 yards of offense and forced four turnovers Friday en route to a 35-6 road win over the Chargers.

After Green intercepted a pass, Hunt broke free from a scrum to score from 37 yards out to double the Skyhawks’ lead.

Bravyn Aquino picked off the Chargers’ next pass, leading to Mendez plunging into the end zone from 2 yards out with 38 seconds left in the quarter.

Mendez ran for 86 yards for Silverado, which allowed 21 yards and one first down in the first half.

Steven Shoats was impressive on both sides of the ball for Clark (0-8, 0-4). The senior led the Chargers in both rushing yards with 25 and receiving yards with 43, scored Clark’s lone touchdown, and recorded an interception.
