Legacy’s Diego Gonzalez-Ruiz scored in the 70th minute on an assist from Randolph Anderson to give the Longhorns the 1-0 boys soccer win over host Centennial on Monday.
Oliver Garcia made 12 saves in the shutout.
Palo Verde 1, Arbor View 1 — At Arbor View, Nicklaus Dongmann scored with six minutes remaining for the Aggies to force a draw with the Panthers.
Henry Robledo-Matadamas scored for Palo Verde on an assist from Zechariah Ruffer.
Cameron Kornock assisted on Dongmann’s goal.
Faith Lutheran 2, Cimarron-Memorial 1 — At Faith Lutheran, Terrence Thibedi scored two goals in the second half to lead the Crusaders to a victory over the Spartans.
Abigay Gomez also had an assist for the Crusaders.
Gustavo Garcia-Reyes scored for the Spartans on an assist by Miguel Rubio.
Canyon Springs 2, Shadow Ridge 0 — At Shadow Ridge, the Pioneers scored two second-half goals to down the Mustangs.
Edgar Muniz and Eduardo Quintero-Rodriguez had the Pioneers’ goals, and Ramon Urias-Medina and Jesus Gonzalez had assists.
Miguel Duenas made five saves in the shutout.
Coronado 6, Green Valley 0 — At Coronado, John Lynam had three goals and an assist as to lead the Cougars past the Gators.
Coronado’s Jake Baldauf, Lincoln Aquino, and Javier Vazquez each scored one goal. Grant Smyth added two assists, and Noah Velgos and Justin Irungaray each had one assist. Goalkeeper Bradley Bolduc kept a clean sheet and had three saves.
Western 7, Adelson School 0 — At Western, Juan Estrada had two goals and two assists, and Gustavo Sanchez had two goals and an assist as the Warriors routed the Lions.
Andy Rodriguez had a goal and an assist for Western, and Erik Marquez and Julio Flores each scored.
Hassan Mhina and Francisco Corona split the shutout for the Warriors.
Desert Pines 10, Mojave 2 — At Mojave, Joel Sanchez had three goals and an assist as the Jaguars routed the Rattlers.
Erick Santillan had two goals for the Jaguars, and Eduardo Flores, Joseph Musengo, Nestor Vivero-Mera and Hector Zamilpa-Romero each had a goal and an assist. Benjamin Diaz-Ramirez added a goal for Desert Pines.
Chris Reyes and Olsen Bonilla each scored for Mojave.
Eldorado 3, Las Vegas 0 — At Las Vegas High, Roberto Gonzalez scored two goals as the Sundevils shut out the Wildcats.
Juan Leon also scored for Eldorado.
