ROUNDUP: Doubles teams help Del Sol boys top Tech

The doubles teams of Anthony Gugino and Tommy Gugino, and Kameron Conley and Daniel Cano-Reyes each went 3-0 on Wednesday, helping Del Sol’s boys tennis team to a 12-6 home win over Tech.
Carlos Delgadillo was 3-0 in singles, and Zach Witt finished 2-1 in singles for the Roadrunners.
Coronado 16, Liberty 2 — At Coronado, Sam Cohen went 2-0 in singles to lead the Cougars past the Patriots.
Foothill 14, Basic 4 — At Basic, the Falcons swept the nine doubles sets en route to the win over the Wolves.
The doubles teams of Andreis Castronova and Israel Lopez, A.J. Mortel and Avery Burton, and John Lambert and Nick Stoker were 3-0 for Foothill.
Eldorado 12, Sunrise Mountain 6 — At Sunrise Mountain, T.J. Swain went 3-0 in singles as the Sundevils defeated the Miners.
The doubles teams of Joey Barnhurst and Julian Jacobs, and Seattle Stoneback and Matt Ranalli each went 3-0 for Eldorado.
Chaparral 12, Valley 6 — At Chaparral, Eric Hansen went 3-0 in singles, and Edgar Munoz and Dylan Mauceri 3-0 in doubles to lead the Cowboys past the Vikings.
Green Valley 13, Boulder City 5 — At Boulder City, the Gators cruised past the Eagles.
Las Vegas 12, Desert Pines 0 — At Las Vegas, the Wildcats won by forfeit.
Moapa Valley 12, Canyon Springs 0 — At Overton, the Pirates won by forfeit.

Palo Verde’s Michael Andre rolled to a 6-0, 6-0 win over Green Valley’s Andre Millet to capture the boys singles championship in his first year of high school tennis.

Clark, Palo Verde win to set up rematch in title

Clark rolled to a 14-4 victory over Reno in the state semifinals at Bishop Mangoue on Thursday to set up a rematch with the two-time defending state champion Panthers, who beat Coronado, 11-7, in the other semifinal.
