VOLLEYBALL: Albinio, Rattlers sweep Centennial

Mojave’s Matt Albinio had 10 kills and 13 digs to lead the Rattlers to a 25-19, 25-22, 28-26 sweep visiting Centennial in boys volleyball on Friday.

Clayton Fontano also recorded 10 kills, and Victorlee Boardley had nine kills and nine digs for Mojave.

Jovan Carrazco had 40 assists, and teammate Lorenzo Guerrero had 32 digs for the Rattlers.

Legacy 3, Foothill 0 — At Foothill, Trent Compton logged 13 kills, five digs and two aces to lead the Longhorns to a 25-15, 25-16, 25-18 win over the Falcons.

Tanner Compton added 11 kills and nine digs for Legacy, and teammate Braden Liu had 31 assists.

Taeg Williams had 20 assists and four digs to lead Foothill.
