Actress Jaime Pressly charged with drunken driving

SANTA MONICA, Calif. — Prosecutors in California have charged Jaime Pressly with misdemeanor drunken driving. The 33-year-old "My Name is Earl" co-star was arrested Jan. 5 after Santa Monica police say she was stopped for a traffic violation. She was released after posting $15,000 bail.
