Biden to speak about college affordability in Reno

RENO — Vice President Joe Biden will discuss college affordability during a stop Thursday in Reno.

Biden will be joined by Deputy Education Secretary Tony Miller. The event is being held at Galena High School.

In a press release, the White House says Biden will talk about the importance of higher education and steps the administration has taken to make college affordable.

The vice president’s visit comes as Nevada Democrats prepare to hold their presidential caucuses on Saturday.
