Body of 18-year-old found at bottom of cliff

The search for a Kingman, Ariz., teenager ended early Wednesday when his body was found at the bottom of a 200-foot cliff.

Kingman police Capt. Rusty Cooper said foul play was not suspected in the death of 18-year-old Jesse Rowland Timms.

Police came upon Timms' abandoned vehicle at 8:50 p.m. Tuesday on a rural road near the Cerbat Cliffs golf course.

Family members told police Timms had been distraught.

An unsuccessful search Tuesday was suspended shortly before midnight.

An Arizona Department of Public Safety helicopter spotted Timms' body about 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Cooper said investigators did not know why Timms left his vehicle or how he fell to his death.
