Coroner identifies man who was shot, killed in garage

The man shot and killed in his garage Sunday evening was identified Friday by the Clark County coroner’s office as Anthony Wayne Walker, 27.

He died of gunshot wounds to the abdomen.

According to Las Vegas police, Walker was shot in an apparent home invasion in the 6600 block of Evening Rain Avenue near Carey Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard.

Witnesses saw two suspects leaving the area in a white minivan. Police were still looking for the suspects as of Friday morning.
