Fla. driver arrested after driving car over motorcyclists — VIDEO

A driver in Tampa, Florida, is under arrest after a road rage incident that had him driving his car over two motorcyclists on Monday.

Witnesses say the motorcycle driver confronted the driver of the car after the motorist cut off the motorcyclist.

As the two vehicles were sitting at a red light, police said the car driver tried to run over the two people on the motorcycle. As the video shows, the car drove over the motorcycle, knocking the man and woman off the bike and onto the ground.

Both were taken to a hospital and were expected to be OK.

Florida Highway Patrol troopers arrested Robert Vance, 31, shortly after the incident. Records show that he has a history of traffic offenses and arrests for drugs and violence. He faces charges for leaving the scene of a crash and aggravated battery.
