Starting Monday, the public can use fingerprinting services at the Las Vegas police headquarters.

The Metropolitan Police Department extended its hours and opened a second full-service location to increase public access for obtaining work cards, fingerprint cards and fulfilling registration requirements, police said.

The existing fingerprint office, 5880 Cameron St., and the new office on the first floor of police headquarters building C, 400 S. Martin Luther King Blvd., will be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The offices will be closed on holidays.
