Man in wheelchair dies after hit-and-run

RENO -- Reno police said a man in a wheelchair has died after a hit-and-run crash over the weekend.

Police said it's unclear whether the man died from a pre-existing medical condition or from injuries from the
10 p.m. Sunday crash.

His name has not yet been released.

Investigators arrested 41-year-old Sharlene Depolo on suspicion of felony hit-and-run. Her 2011 Volkwagen Jetta was taken as evidence.

Officials said they don't think alcohol was a factor in the crash.
