Man indicted over alleged sexual assault at Tropicana

A 36-year-old man was indicted by a grand jury on charges he raped a woman at a Strip casino late last month, Clark County prosecutors said Friday.

Donovan Joseph faces six charges, including three counts of sexual assault and one count each of coercion, battery and open or gross lewdness in connection with the rape of a woman at the Tropicana between Jan. 22 and Jan. 23, court documents said.

Joseph is being held at the Clark County Detention Center on $290,000 bail.

An arraignment hearing was set for Feb. 19.
