Moapa Valley residents living just south of State Road 168 are upset by the number of palm trees that have been cut down by the S.N.W.A in their effort to restore the Moapa Dace's habitat. The Moapa Dace is an endangered spcies and the water authority pledged to protect the small fish when it purchased the land.
