Video shows moment of impact in horrific Chinese bus crash

Video released of a deadly bus crash shows the violent impact between a tourist bus and a truck last week in China.

A man was killed and 23 people were injured on Aug. 2 when a semitrailer collided with a tourist bus that was reversing on the Jinhua-Lishui Wenzhou Expressway in Wenzhou, China, south of Shanghai. The bus driver had missed his exit, according to USA Today.

The truck crashed into the back of the bus, knocking out one passenger and causing others to suffer fractures and cuts. The truck driver died at the scene, according to WABC.

Security camera footage shows passengers being thrown from their seats and luggage and debris being thrown around the bus at the moment of impact. The driver of the bus and at least one passenger are shown in the video being thrown from the windows.

The bus skidded 150 feet before coming to a stop, the Daily Mail reports.

Police are investigating the accident.
