Police searching for missing 10-year-old boy

Las Vegas police are searching for a missing child who did not come home from school Tuesday.

Dreviaun Menefee, a 10-year-old student at Clyde Cox Elementary School near Alexander and Pecos roads in the northeast valley, was reported missing shortly after school ended about 3 p.m.

Dreviaun is 4 feet 7 inches tall and weights 75 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a white polo shirt, tan pants and white tennis shoes. He was carrying a black backpack with a Spider-Man logo.

Anyone with information on Dreviaun's disappearance should contact the missing person unit at 828-3111 or 828-2907.
