Stabbing victim identified

A man who was fatally stabbed in a bar fight last week in southwest Las Vegas was identified Monday by the Clark County coroner's office as Jun Li.

The coroner's office hadn't determined Li's city of residence.

Li, 45, was found dead about 4:10 a.m. July 6 on the floor of the Forbes KTV Karaoke Bar and Restaurant, 3400 S. Jones Blvd., near Desert Inn Road.

Las Vegas police said Li was stabbed multiple times. Police said the fight might have involved a love triangle.

Police described the attacker as an Asian male last seen wearing a black, long-sleeve shirt, black pants and a black baseball cap. The front of the cap had a logo with two gold X's.

An arrest had not been made in the slaying as of Monday afternoon.

The suspect left in a black 1999 four-door Honda Accord with paper plates. Police said the car was driven by an Asian woman with blond and black hair.

Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 385-5555 or the Homicide Section at 828-3521.
