Thank goodness for grandpa
Let's end this holiday week on a lighter, if depressing, note.
You may have heard of the standing feature late-night talk show host Jay Leno does called Jaywalking in which he strolls the streets and asks mundane questions of the unsuspecting and generally supremely uniformed citizenry. A couple of weeks before the Fourth of July he hit the streets with microphone in hand and asked people simple questions about Independence Day, such as: From who did this country win its independence, who sewed the first flag and how many colonies were there?
If you have a short attention span or a low gag threshold skip down to 4:15 of this 6-minute segment for the family cluelessness. Let's just say: Thank goodness for grandpa.
