Transient injured in collision dies

A transient man who in November was severely injured in a vehicle-pedestrian collision in Bullhead City, Ariz., died Tuesday at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas.

Bullhead City police identified the deceased as Scott Alan Bard, 42.

Police spokeswoman Emily Montague said Bard wore dark clothing and was possibly intoxicated when he was struck by a vehicle while trying to cross State Route 95 at 5th Street on Nov. 25.

No citations were issued to the driver involved. The incident remains under investigation.
