VIDEO: Firefighter dangles from second-story when railing breaks
A dramatic scene at an apartment complex in El Mirage, Ariz. A firefighter briefly dangled from a second-story balcony when the floor below him broke, causing him to lose his balance.
The firefighter fell into the railing, which broke away, and the firefighter slipped off the edge. His foot, caught in the broken floor, kept him from falling to the ground.
His fellow firefighters quickly came to his aid.
