Walking in the Valley: Best (and worst) places to take a stroll
Those looking to get relaxation and health benefits from walking have to look no farther than the Las Vegas Valley.
This week's installments of View focus on some of the locations around town, like many areas in Summerlin, where locals go to walk, as well as the places where bodies like the City of Las Vegas are looking to increase "walkability."
Places like the Spring Valley and Sunrise areas are also noted for their trails, or lack thereof.
From the Pittman Wash Trail in Henderson to the parks in Centennial and North Las Vegas, the focus this week is on "walkability."
