Wyoming judge comes to his senses

According to AP, that Wyoming judge who dropped the nuclear option of prior restraint on two newspapers, barring them from publishing a purloined report on a community college trip to Costa Rica, has recanted.

District Judge Peter Arnold on Tuesday dissolved his order.

The judge had swallowed the college's argument that the college could lose federal funding over a violation of FERPA.

If the Pentagon Papers were OK, I asked earlier, how could a student junket be exempt?
