Grant Sawyer Building showing signs of wear and tear

The Grant Sawyer Building is 25 years old and seems to be a major problem (Sunday Review-Journal). The original Sears buildings in Chicago are more than 100 years old and most are still in use. Something isn’t right with Las Vegas construction. Maybe our politicians should get an old Sears catalog and order all government buildings from it.
