LETTER: Comparing U.S. to New Zealand on COVID is apples to oranges

I read some of the bills presented at the Legislature. Are some of these proposals an attempt to suppress voter participation?

I was disappointed in your March 13 article regarding Kyle Rittenhouse speaking in Las Vegas.

Hard-working people are struggling with rents, utilities, job loss and health insurance. Hard-core criminals in prison contribute nothing to our economy or society.

The erosion of parental rights by state legislators is tantamount to coercion and meddling with constitutional liberties and freedoms.

Las Vegas children go hungry as some of Southern Nevada’s highest paid public employees receive up to $700 a month as a car allowance.

We will always have sharp political disagreements.

Time for all parents and grandparents to keep in touch with what our legislators are trying to do to our kids without our knowledge.

Teach what we know, not a columnist’s version of morality.

Ruben Navarrette’s column was appalling.

In a place where we routinely accommodate the tourism industry and our visitors, how about taking the safety and well being of our residents into consideration?
