Three hours before his clients arrived at the Las Vegas Grand Prix last year, Nevada Stupak was already there, walking the route they’d take that evening. He rode the shuttle to time it. Scoped out the Paddock Club grounds. Found the spots where the light would hit just right for photos. Reserved the best table in the hospitality suite. Even talked his way into getting them front-row seats for a driver’s speech.
By the time his group showed up, everything felt effortless. That’s the whole idea.
“We go before the client and make sure everything is perfect,” explains Stupak, CEO and founder of Stupak Las Vegas Experience Creators. “When they arrive, they should feel like they own the place.”
It’s this obsessive attention to detail, like custom-embroidered jackets with guests’ names, personalized signage at every venue, and reconnaissance missions hours before events, that has earned Nevada Stupak the nickname “Mr. Las Vegas.” In a city built on spectacle, Stupak has mastered the art of making the extraordinary feel personal.
A Legacy Reimagined
In Las Vegas, the Stupak name opens doors. Nevada’s father, Bob Stupak, built Vegas World before transforming it into the Stratosphere (now The STRAT). Even the iconic Vegas Vickie neon cowgirl, a city landmark, was inspired by Nevada’s mother, Sandy.
But Nevada Stupak is careful to emphasize that while he honors his family’s legacy, he’s built his business entirely on his own.
“I founded Stupak Las Vegas Experience Creators in 2010 to carry on the family name while putting my own stamp on the city,” he says. “For decades, Vegas was built around gamblers. But as these mega-resorts started opening, a different crowd started showing up. People who wanted the VIP treatment but weren’t interested in spending hours at a blackjack table to earn it. They’d pay for premium experiences; they just wanted their money’s worth. I saw an opportunity to be the person who made sure they got it.”
From the Ground Up
Nevada’s hospitality career started at 16, when he got a work permit to work at his parents’ casino, Vegas World. He worked in sales, did shifts in the buffet, and learned food operations from the ground up. Just as important was the time he spent around people like Jackie Gaughan, Steve Wynn, and Bobby Baldwin, watching how they operated and learning what made Las Vegas tick.
When Vegas World closed for the Stratosphere redevelopment, Nevada was away at college. He came back and worked in table games before joining the opening team at the Bellagio, one of the most ambitious hotel projects in the city’s history. He later moved into casino marketing, first at the Hard Rock Hotel and then at Caesars Entertainment, where he developed a deeper understanding of guest relations and what modern visitors expected from Las Vegas.
Over time, he began to see a shift. The city was evolving beyond its reputation as purely a gambling destination. Conferences and conventions were drawing larger crowds. Corporate travel was expanding. Sports tourism was on the rise. Nevada saw an opportunity to serve a growing segment of visitors who wanted the VIP treatment but weren’t interested in spending hours at the tables.
The Stupak Difference
Today, Stupak Las Vegas Experience Creators specializes in creating custom programs for three types of clients: corporations bringing groups to Las Vegas for conferences and meetings, high-net-worth individuals celebrating milestones or special occasions, and discerning leisure travelers who want to experience the city beyond the typical tourist path.
“We do a lot of work with corporate groups,” Stupak explains. “Companies that are in town for a conference but want their people to have an experience they’ll still be talking about years later.”
The company’s approach is built on Nevada’s relationships across the Strip—cultivated over more than two decades—and an obsessive attention to execution. His family legacy and the trust he’s earned throughout the industry give him access most visitors can’t secure on their own.
Details Matter
People who work with Nevada describe him as meticulous to an almost obsessive degree. He maps out every detail of a client’s experience, from arrival at the airport to their departure.
The F1 Grand Prix prep work is a perfect example. Another time, he coordinated a multi-day itinerary for a corporate group, with every transition between venues timed to the minute and transportation waiting before clients even realized they needed it.
“Nevada thinks of everything,” says a longtime team member. “I’ve never seen someone pay this much attention to detail. He goes the extra mile for every client. He genuinely cares—and that’s rare.”
That care shows. Many of Stupak’s clients return year after year, and most of his new business comes from referrals.
Rooted in Community
Even as his business has grown, Nevada remains connected to the community his family helped build. The Stupak Community Center, which his family established, continues to serve one of the most underserved parts of Las Vegas, offering programs, training, and recreation for local families and kids. Nevada still supports the center today.
The Next Chapter
Stupak calls himself “an evaluator of the Las Vegas product landscape,” using everything he’s learned over two decades to guide companies and visitors toward choices that actually deliver.
“Over the years, I’ve been lucky to find people who share this vision,” he says. “We’ve helped a lot of guests have experiences that blow their expectations out of the water. We work hard to represent this city the right way and make sure people are treated with respect the whole time they’re here—the same way they would’ve been if they’d stayed at one of my family’s properties and my dad was personally taking care of them.”
Vegas keeps changing. New sports teams, expanding convention facilities, more and more visitors who aren’t here to gamble. Nevada Stupak sits right at the intersection of where the city’s been and where it’s going. He’s got a name that means something. But the reputation he’s building? That’s entirely his own.
