Las Vegas 51s hosting special dog-friendly game for ‘Bark in the Park’ event

If baseball is America’s favorite pastime and dogs are man’s best friend, what could be more enjoyable than spending an afternoon catching a baseball game with your canine companion?

The Las Vegas 51s are offering fans a chance to find out.

The team is encouraging fans to take their four-legged friends out for a ball game on Sunday, April 24, as they take on the Albuquerque Isotopes.

For the one game-only “Bark in the Park” event, which is presented by Sit Means Sit, Cashman Field will offer a special seating section for dogs and their owners in the left field berm.

Tickets for the dog-friendly area are $12 and can be purchased directly at Cashman Field’s box office or online through Ticket Master here: 51s vs. Albuquerque Isotopes.

Four-legged fans can attend at no additional charge. Event details note that vaccination proof is required.

The game on Sunday at 12:05 p.m. will be the 51s second game against the Isotopes in a four-game series. The 51s play at Cashman Field, 850 Las Vegas Blvd. North.
