4 Tough Business - Exploded with a career topper in last to graduate; now takes a big class rise facing winners for the first time.
3 Warrens Lil Margie - Has run two improved races since claimed by Jeff Mullins; like the cut back in distance where she’ll finish.
Long Shot - 1 Adriatic Skye
Race 2 - 5 1/2 furlongs, Purse $19,000, Maiden claiming $20,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
6 Lady Now - Been away 14-months, but working bullets for return; under the radar Bobby Wayne Grayson barn can win races.
9 Swiss Heart - Has sliding speed figures; the key is she has back numbers clearly fast enough to win, or at least compete, with these.
Long Shot - 3 Ipolita
Race 3 - 1 mile (turf), Purse $45,000, Claiming $50,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
7 Could Be Trouble - Claimed by Craig Dollase off a sharp win; has a well above record winning 3-of-5 starts on the grass.
2 Boller Bomb - Caveat emptor Peter Miller has an uncoupled entry; both are very capable of bringing home the bacon tonight.
Long Shot - 1 Plaza de Indias
Race 4 - 7 furlongs, Purse $56,000, Maiden special weights, 3-year-olds and up
2 Midnight Storm - Joe Talamo had options and chose to ride for Jorge Gutierrez; adding blinkers on and cutting back in distance too.
7 Crux - This was the other horse Joe Talamo could have ridden; Ron Ellis is a high percentage trainer, Edwin Maldonado a capable sub.
Long Shot - 1 Candy’s Shoes
Race 5 - 6 1/2 furlongs (turf), Purse $58,000, Optional claiming $40,000, 3-year-olds and up
2 Monument - Joel Rosario improves nearly every horse that he rides; this one was a beaten favorite in last, so John Sadler makes a move.
4 Bettys Bambino - Tepid chalk in a wide open affair; he broke his MSW two races ago down the hillside turf course.
Long Shot - 6 Circa’sgoldengear
Race 6 - 6 furlongs, Purse $16,000, Claiming $12,500, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
8 Brandon’s Princess - Weak ride in last by 10-pound bugboy; claimed by Mark Glatt, huge rider upgrade to journeyman Tyler Baze.
6 Red Barris - Steve Knapp wins most of his races on the drop, you can look it up; this one fits the bill with Fernando Perez riding.
Long Shot - 1 Citizen Jane
Race 7 - 1 mile (turf), $400,000 Shoemaker Mile, 3-year-olds and up
2 Jack Milton - Javier Castellano flew out for the ride; Todd Pletcher charge failed in the Hollywood Derby, has improved since.
1 Obviously - Looked tremendous in wire to wire American win; key will be if Winning Prize or Silentio go along with him early on.
Long Shot - 5 Summer Front
Race 8 - 1 1/8th miles, $300,000 Vanity, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
4 Let Faith Arise - Has been a model of consistency, especially when sent around 2-turns; tactical speed to sit a perfect trip.
1 Iotapa - Draw a line thru the awful Humana Distaff at Churchill; she prefers a route of ground and adores Arcadia dirt.
Long Shot -3 Grace Hall
Race 9 - 6 1/2 furlongs (turf), Purse $56,000, Maiden special weights, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
11 Q’Viva - Like the parking lot post down the hillside turf course; closed a ton of ground last time in a strong effort.
3 Euroclydon - Ran a huge second in last facing winners while still a maiden; figures to be way overbet in this spot tonight.
