5 Rossi Reserve - Just missed in a game effort last time; suspect he’ll be the pacesetter again and prove hard to catch.
2 Memo to Kathy - Rallied from the clouds to catch Rossi Reserve on the wire; that running style is tough on your ticker.
Long Shot - 4 Entabeni
Race 2 - 1 mile (turf), Purse $58,000, Allowance, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up
3 Double Ante - Ran the best race of her life on turf in last; connections must feel this is her preferred surface.
2 Miss Pippa - John Sadler has an uncoupled entry so caveat emptor; she has improved her speed figures with each start.
Long Shot - 1 Roxelana
Race 3 - 5 1/2 furlongs, Purse $56,000, Maiden special weights, Fillies, 3-year-olds
2 Illicit Affair - Bob Baffert has an uncoupled entry so caveat emptor; the Midnight Lute offspring are really running well.

Long Shot - 1 Hollywood Icon
Race 4 - 6 1/2 furlongs (turf), Purse $35,000, Maiden claiming $75,000, Fillies, 3-year-olds
8 Hard Buns - Big rider switch to Gary Stevens for the money shot; horses move up when he takes over.

Long Shot - 2 Hard Rockin Girl
Race 5 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $16,000, Claiming $12,500, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up
5 Eula B. - Two strong seconds in a row in this class point her out; 5-YO mare is still stuck on one career win though.
3 Smil’n From Above - Claimed by Gary Stute off a sharp third in last; like the cutback in distance where she’ll finish better.
Long Shot - 6 Sunland Vintage
Race 6 - 6 1/2 furlongs (turf), Purse $32,000, Claiming $25,000, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up
4 Lanida - Takes a big class drop for Jeff Mullins from $40K to $25K today; has shown a liking for Arcadia sod.
7 Brown Is Beige - Draw a line thru last debacle on dirt; her best races have all come on grass, her preferred surface.
Long Shot - 6 Promiscuoussuances
Race 7 - 1 1/8th miles, $300,000 Santa Magarita, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up
3 Joyful Victory - 5-YO mare has found a new partner in Rosie Napravnik; this race could become a game of cat and mouse.
6 More Chocolate - That was a sharp win in the La Canada; after an uneven career on turf, she may have wanted dirt all along.
Long Shot - 5 Snow Fall
Race 8 - 1 1/2 miles (turf), $150,000 San Luis Rey, 4-year-olds and up
2 Interaction - Was trapped down inside and got out too late in the San Marcos; there a good chance of a faster pace today.

Long Shot - 8 All Squared Away
Race 9 - 7 furlongs, Purse $19,000, Maiden claiming $20,000, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up
3 Warren’s Flasher - Been stuck with two parking lot posts in two starts; draws inside where she should save some ground.
7 Lady Comic - Has run a couple better than looked races at this bottom class rung; big rider switch to Mario Gutierrez.
Long Shot - 2 My Yammy Heat
Best Bet - 4 Lanida (race 6)
