Three of the largest television distributors in America reached agreements Wednesday to carry Fox Sports 1 when the new network launches, according to the Los Angeles Times.
DirecTV, Dish Network and Time Warner Cable, which combined reach more than 40 million homes, will all carry the network when Speed is rebranded to Fox Sports 1 on Saturday.
The network will air a NASCAR event and a live UFC card on its first day in operation.
While agreements are in place, deals have yet to be officially signed.
The deals would mean Fox Sports 1 will launch in more than 85 million homes.
Cox Cable previously announced it would carry the network in SD on channel 329 and HD on channel 1329.
