Max Good,the special assistant to the head coach at UNLV the past two seasons, was named the new basketball coach at Pratt (Kansas) Community College.

Good served two stints at UNLV. He was hired as an assistant beginning in 1999 and became the interim coach in December 2000, going 13-9 the rest of that season.

Good also was the head coach a combined 22 seasons at Loyola Marymount, Eastern Kentucky and Bryant. His most recent stop was at Loyola, where the Lions went 77-117 in six seasons.
