Five California prep players sign to play with Lady Rebels

Lady Rebels head coach Kathy Olivier announced Friday that five California prep players have signed letters of intent to play for UNLV next fall.
The recruits are Nikki Wheatley, a 5-foot-5-inch point guard, and Kandyce Smith, a 5-9 guard, both from Bonita High School in La Verne; Brooke Johnson, a 5-11 guard from Hanford High; and two 6-foot wing players, Simone Sheppard from El Camino High in Sacramento and Alyssa Anderson from Etiwanda High in Rancho Cucamonga.
