UNLV football opener to be televised

Fans in Las Vegas will be able to see the first game under new UNLV football coach Tony Sanchez.
CBS Sports Network will televise the Sept. 5 game at Northern Illinois. It will be played at 4:30 p.m. PDT.
This is the third game scheduled that will be played on that network. The home games Sept. 12 against UCLA and Nov. 21 against San Diego State also will be shown on CBS Sports Network.
ESPN2 will air the Oct. 16 game at Fresno State, and one of the ESPN networks will bring the Oct. 31 home game against Boise State.
