Age-qualified condos are available at Terra Bella
November 8, 2008 - 10:00 pm
Hundreds of people visited Terra Bella, the Anthem development, during their grand opening weekend to see its five options for luxury condominium living as well deep discounts for the first 10 homes sold.
“We were pleasantly surprised at the tremendous turnout we received on Terra Bella’s opening weekend,” sales agent George Trummeter said. “Visitors told me they were interested in looking at our models for many reasons, including the community’s upscale design, amenities, floor plans, courtyards and elevators in every building.”
Blue Marble Development’s extensive research and planning at Terra Bella are evident. According to Trummeter, most guests said that “everything they wanted in an active adult community had been considered at Terra Bella.” Among potential homebuyers’ primary interests were living in a gated-community with a maintenance free lifestyle, offered at Terra Bella.
“Terra Bella is a community for those who want to be among people their own age and still enjoy the finer things in life,” said Cory Nelson, senior vice president of Blue Marble Development. “The units are architecturally beautiful while still being highly efficient. Safety is important to our residents, so every building is accessed through a secure gate beyond the main entry.”
Once residents enter their building, private courtyards give them an opportunity to build relationships with their neighbors. The landscaped courtyards include tall palm trees that extend the height of each building and sitting areas with tables and chairs.
Terra Bella is the only condominium development exclusively for age-qualified in Anthem, making it a unique opportunity for those who want to live there.
Anthem is a 5,000 acre community that includes golf courses, trails, recreation areas, shopping centers and professionally landscaped common areas.
Located near the top of Anthem’s hillside development, Terra Bella offers views of the Las Vegas Strip, mountains and city. “Affordable luxury has been achieved in a beautiful mountainside community at Terra Bella,” Nelson said.
Terra Bella continues its grand opening celebration today and Sunday with incentives offered to homebuyers.
For a limited time, the company is giving up to 25 percent discounts on the first 10 homes sold. Blue Marble is also providing a 3 percent broker co-op. Prices start in the mid-$200,000s.
Terra Bella’s five floor plans range from 1,400 to 2,200 square feet.
