Al-Qaida soldier captured — what, oh what, will Obama do?

If the Obama administration has any sense, it will do what the Bush administration would do — treat this guy for the treasonous fellow he is. He is a prisoner of war not at common criminal.

Don’t read him his "rights" or give him a PD like Obama did with the last al-Qaida soldier on Christmas Day.
