With 10 designs ranging from 684 to 1,390 square feet, Altessa in The Vistas Village of Summerlin offers home buyers condominiums priced from $199,990 to $338,000.
Altessa is a 280-unit European-inspired, gated condominium project located just west of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, at Far Hills Avenue. Each home features granite countertops, cherry-stained cabinetry, upgraded flooring, designer lighting fixtures, crown molding in living areas and a ground-floor private entrance, which means there are no exterior staircases throughout the project.
“All of the design elements and features incorporated throughout Altessa are intended to resemble elegant single-family home living,” said Scott Lawrence, executive vice president of Pacific Properties, developer of the project.
Altessa’s amenities include a clubhouse with a fireside lounge and kitchen, a swimming pool and spa area with waterfall and barbecue area, and a fitness center.
The neighborhood’s amenities complement the many village amenities located throughout The Vistas, including two 7-acre parks distinguished by 48-foot clock towers. The Vistas Community Park, a 20-plus acre facility, features tennis and basketball courts, two softball/baseball fields, Summerlin’s first football field and children’s playgrounds.
In addition to the parks, The Vistas is also home to Linda Givens Elementary School and miles and miles of the Summerlin Trail System.
Developed by The Howard Hughes Corp., an affiliate of General Growth Properties Inc., Summerlin began to take shape in 1990.
Summerlin is a 22,500-acre master-planned community located along the western rim of the Las Vegas Valley, carved mostly out of raw desert. For more information on Summerlin, visit summerlin.com or call 791-4500.
