Local brokers named officers for state Realtors organization

The Nevada Association of Realtors announced its new officers for 2015, led by incoming president and longtime Nevada Realtor Kevin Sigstad, of RE/MAX Premier Properties in Reno.

Sigstad is a former president of the Reno-Sparks Association of Realtors and served as NVAR’s president-elect in 2014.

During its annual installation event to be held Dec. 5 at the Nevada Museum of Art in Reno, NVAR will also install 2015 President-elect Dave Tina, of Las Vegas, and 2015 Treasurer Greg Martin, of Elko, Nev. Tina is a past president of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors. Martin is a past president of the Elko County Association of Realtors.

Longtime Las Vegas Realtors Kolleen Kelley will serve as NVAR’s immediate past president in 2015.

The Nevada Association of Realtors is a professional trade association with more than 14,000 members.

Bobbie Miracle named president of trade group

The Commercial Alliance Las Vegas has announced its new officers and directors for 2015, with longtime member and commercial real estate executive Bobbi Miracle serving as president of the commercial real estate organization starting Jan. 1.

Miracle, of Commercial Executives Real Estate Services in Las Vegas, previously served as a director of CALV’s board. She has more than 14 years of local real estate experience. Her professional affiliations and designations include being a certified commercial investment member, or CCIM.

Other members of the 2014 CALV board of directors are: Hayim Mizrachi, CCIM, MDL Group — immediate past president; Soozi Jones Walker, CCIM and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, Commercial Executives Real Estate Services — president-elect; Cathy Jones, CCIM, Sun Commercial Real Estate — treasurer; Paul Bell, risk reduction graduate, certified residential specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute, resort and second-home property specialist and short sales and foreclosure resource, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties — director; Chris McGarey, CCIM and certified property manager, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties — director; Jennifer Ott, ROI Commercial Real Estate — director; Tedd Rosenstein, CCIM, Nevada Development and Realty Company — director; and Tom Lisiewski, Your Real Estate Company, Commercial Marketing Group — director.
