Harmony Homes, a locally owned and operated homebuilder, has enjoyed great success with its Canyon Falls community, which is nearly sold out, company President Robert Beville said.
He said there are only 15 lots left.
Canyon Falls is in southwest Las Vegas near Buffalo Drive and Blue Diamond Road, just north of the Mountain’s Edge master-planned community.
Beville said Canyon Falls features three models and four floor plans ranging from 2,973 to 4,900 square feet, “offering luxury living at ‘nonluxury’ prices, starting in the high $300,000s.”
“Canyon Falls is unlike anything else that you’ll find in this market, especially at these prices,” he said.
All of Canyon Falls’ lots measure at least 15,000 square feet, some are much larger. Beville said they are large enough to accommodate everything from boats and recreational vehicles to swimming pools and sports courts in the backyard.
Homes at Canyon Falls feature formal dining rooms, three- or four-car garages, home offices and great rooms.
The largest plan, with 4,900 square feet, is a single-story home featuring a great room with 18-foot ceilings, four bedrooms, a home office and 3½ baths.
“We’re able to offer some really upscale, unique options at Canyon Falls, like a casita, a wine room or a secondary laundry room within the master suite,” Beville said. “Just a few years ago, these homes would have sold for more than $1 million. They’ve been very popular with savvy buyers who know they’re getting incredible value with this community.”
The 4,766-square-foot plan is a two-story home and features three bedrooms, 3½ baths, master bedroom retreat, a home office and bonus room. It also gives buyers the option of having a fourth or fifth bedroom. Other options include a deck off the master bedroom, covered patio and an extended dining nook.
Canyon Falls also offers a single-story model with 3,876 square feet and four bedrooms, including two master suites and a home office.
The final floor plan is a single-story with 2,973 square feet. The plan was introduced at Harmony Homes’ Aspire community in Mountain’s Edge, and Beville said buyers began to request the smaller floor plan at Canyon Falls. The plan features three bedrooms, 2½ baths and options for a master retreat, secondary master bedroom, or a fourth bedroom and three full baths.
Canyon Falls is near the intersection of Buffalo Drive and Blue Diamond Road. To visit, take the southern Las Vegas Beltway to Buffalo and head south to Blue Diamond. Or, take Interstate 15 to the Blue Diamond exit and travel west to Canyon Falls.
Harmony Homes has sold more than 1,200 homes since it was formed in Southern Nevada in 2008. The company logged 433 closings in Southern Nevada in 2012.
The company offers 10 neighborhoods throughout Southern Nevada, with one- and two-story homes priced from the low $140,000s and ranging from 1,436 to 4,900 square feet.
It also is offering four new communities in Texas and two in Southern California.
