Centex offers closeout pricing at two subdivisions

Centex Homes is offering closeout pricing within its Traditions and The Ranches neighborhoods in North Las Vegas. Priced from the low $300,000s, the homes are suited to families with a variety of living arrangements, according to sales executive Mike Webb.

"For starters, many of our homes sit on lots that exceed 8,000 square feet. The space allows for a swimming pool, basketball court, barbecue area -- almost any kind of outdoor space residents can imagine," Webb said.

According to Webb, flexibility of space extends to the designs' indoor areas.

Offering homes with up to six bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, the Traditions' four two-story floor plans range from 2,458 to 3,807 square feet. All include a dining room, game loft and three garage spaces. Interiors are appointed with granite kitchen countertops, cultured marble bath vanities and upgraded cabinets. An upgraded appliance package with washer, dryer and refrigerator is included.

Located adjacent to Traditions, The Ranches offers three single-story home plans measuring 2,098 to 2,752 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths or four bedrooms and three baths. Standard interior features include granite kitchen countertops and an upgraded appliance package with a refrigerator. Homes are available for 30-day move-ins. Pricing begins in the low $300,000s.

Both neighborhoods are located near Interstate 15 and I-215, the Las Vegas Beltway. Sales hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when model homes open at noon.

To visit, take I-15 north and exit Craig Road west. Turn right on Losee Road, left on Centennial Parkway, right on Lawrence Street and left on Ashley Lynn Avenue to the sales office. From the Beltway, exit south on Losee, turn right on Centennial, right on Lawrence and left on Ashley Lynn to the sales office. For more information, visit centexvegas.com or call 644-4216.
