Century Communities is celebrating autumn with savings worth thousands at its Southern Nevada communities in its “Fall Into Savings” incentive program.
For a limited time, new-home buyers can receive up to $20,000 to use toward upgrades or closing costs. Home shoppers looking to move in before year’s end can select from homes nearing completion at Century’s Tuscany Village neighborhood while saving thousands of dollars.
“This is a great time to buy a new home in Southern Nevada,” Century Communities Sales Director Ryan Soucie said. “With Century Communities, you get an outstanding community, great location and well-built home backed by one of the country’s most trusted homebuilders. With our new incentive program, you can save thousands more and get in before the price increases that generally happen in the new year.”
The builder’s Tuscany Village master plan has more than a dozen floor plans and many amenities. A select few field models are under construction and will be ready for move-in by year’s end. Field models often have additional upgrades and are included in the incentive program.
“One of our field models that is ready for immediate move-in is a Roma 1810 plan, which is a beautiful ranch-style home with 1,810 square feet of living space,” Soucie said. “It has two bedrooms, a den or home office, a signature valet and a standard covered patio. It also includes upgrades like a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a tile backsplash, a drop-in cooktop and a wall oven. The upgraded laundry room includes cabinetry and a sink and upgraded tile flooring is included in main areas of the home.”
A $10,000 incentive is offered with this home, which can be applied toward closing costs or additional upgrades.
“We are also building a Verona 1532, which is perfect for first-time homebuyers and those looking to downsize,” Soucie said. “This two-story home is one of the best values in the neighborhood, priced at just $205,000. It is in a very quiet and secluded area of the community and has high back walls ensuring additional privacy.”
The 1,532-square-foot home includes three bedrooms, two and a half baths and stainless steel kitchen appliances.
All Tuscany Village homes include granite kitchen countertops, paver driveways and walkways and gourmet kitchen islands.
The homes are also Energy Star-certified and include energy-saving features like energy-efficient insulation, low-e vinyl dual pane argon gas windows, water-saving plumbing fixtures, energy-efficient gas water heater and furnace and a digital programmable thermostat.
Tuscany Village residents enjoy country-club amenities with a low monthly homeowner’s association membership. Residents enjoy an award-winning championship golf course and clubhouse, multimillion-dollar recreation center, outdoor walking trails, playgrounds and a gated entrance guarded around the clock.
The 35,000-square-foot La Vita Tuscana recreation center is open year-round and has a full-size gym, fitness center, aerobics room, basketball and racquetball courts. Residents also enjoy their own 25-meter lap pool, resort-style pool, spas, covered cabanas, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, abundant walking trails and a children’s playground.
To visit Tuscany Village, take Lake Mead Drive in Henderson heading east. Follow the signs to the community and turn left on Cadence Crest and right on Water Street to the main entrance. Tuscany’s sales office, at 1549 Olivia Parkway, is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. For more information, call 702-873-7287 or visit www.centurycommunities.com.
