Clark County actually isn’t the most hipster county in Nevada

Las Vegas is a pretty hipster city, just check out all the beards inside some coffee shops in the valley or in bars downtown.

The city’s concert venues and festivals attract all sorts of indie rock attention and we’re finally getting to a point where people realize bookstores are cool.

Despite all of that, Clark County came in second to Washoe County for the title of most hipster county on FindTheBest, with a “Hipster Score” of 44, compared to Clark’s 39.

Per population, Washoe (where Reno is situated) has more cafes and yoga studios and more of their population has bachelor’s degrees than in Clark County. The Hipster Scores were based on those criteria and the number of people aged 20-34, which are pretty much the only acceptable ages to call yourself a hipster. After 35, it’s just weird.
