Rob Perry began looking throughout the Las Vegas Valley for a new home, soon after moving here from central California.
Arriving in advance of his wife, Staci, and their 4-year-old son Andrew he stayed with family in the northwestern part of the valley and quickly grew fond of the area.
Once his family joined him, they continued their home search for another eight months.
“We had a chance to take our time and see the whole valley before making a decision,” Staci Perry said. “No matter where we went, our search kept bringing us back to Aliante.”
The couple said their son loves the master-planned community’s 20-acre Nature Discovery Park and they found everything they needed in the Autumn Ridge, a Pardee Homes neighborhood in Aliante.
“Here, we got it all, including a beautiful home, a nice backyard and a wonderful lifestyle,” Rob Perry said. The Perrys purchased a Plan Three model. Homes in Autumn Ridge range from 3,386 to 3,707 square feet.
“For three people, it is a big home, but now that we live in Southern Nevada, we expect we will have lots of visitors,” Staci Perry said. “We also have a play room for Andrew and plans for our bonus room.”
Rob Perry said he looks forward to using the bonus room as a multipurpose entertainment area.
