D.R. Horton-Las Vegas is holding the grand opening of its northwestern valley sales center at Centennial Estates.
Called the 8-in-1 Home Shop, the models at Centennial Estates serve as the home base for a team of D.R. Horton sales agents who are selling homes at eight neighborhoods throughout northwestern Las Vegas.
These cul-de-sac neighborhoods consist of eight to 16 home sites and are expected to sell quickly, according to sales manager Scott Harwood. “Our research indicates that buyers are looking for single-story homes in smaller communities but on very large lots,” Harwood said.
Buyers visiting the 8-in-1 Home Shop will be able to virtually tour eight communities from one convenient location and also tour the actual homes which are available to be built in the satellite communities.
Autumn Estates, located near the intersection of Durango Drive and Lone Mountain Road is a gated community with 18 home sites. This neighborhood features half-acre lots which will accommodate single-story floor plans ranging from 3,350 to 3,800 square feet. These home sites provide room for recreational vehicle parking, a swimming pool or sports court. There are no models or sales centers available at Autumn Estates. Information regarding this property is only available at the 8-in-1 Home Shop.
The floor plans being sold from Centennial Estates range from 2,550 to 3,825 square feet and are all single-story or Flex Room Over Garage (FROG) floor plans. The FROG offer single-story living with an additional 400 to 600 square feet of bonus space located directly above the garage. This singular second-story element provides room for additional bedrooms, a second master bedroom, rumpus room, home theater room or man cave. The FROG plans can also be seen at Southern Hills in Henderson (Horizon Ridge Parkway east of Eastern Avenue) and Glenbrook Estates (Las Vegas Boulevard South and Starr Avenue).
The 8-in-1 Home Shop is also a starting point for Realtors and home shoppers who are interested in obtaining sales information and maps for all of D.R. Horton’s northwestern neighborhoods.
The builder is preselling Ft. Apache Square from the low $100,000s and La Ventina from the high $100,000s, prior to completion of their respective models.
