Del Webb introduces new pricing for Solera at Stallion Mountain

Del Webb is offering new pricing for Solera at Stallion Mountain, an age-qualified neighborhood in Las Vegas.

"There's never been a better time to buy a new home at Solera", said Lindsay Motley, vice president of sales for Del Webb's Las Vegas division. "We've recently introduced new, more affordable pricing on homes within the community, so homebuyers are getting an even better value."

Solera features five single-story, energy-efficient homes designs, ranging from 1,155 to 1,716 square feet with prices starting from $119,990. Floor plans feature two and three bedrooms, two full baths, great room, two-car attached garage and covered back patio.

"Right now, home buyers can take advantage of great low pricing on our remaining 2010 inventory homes. We have homes available for immediate move-in, as well as homes that will be ready for move-in before year-end." Motley said.

Homebuyers at Solera are part of the gated community of Stallion Mountain. Once inside, there are a variety of resort-style amenities including a private, 10,000-square-foot recreation center. Amenities include a fitness center and aerobics studio, club and hobby rooms and gathering places. Outside the center, there is a pool and spa, tennis and bocce courts and open space areas.

According to Motley, all homes built by Del Webb are constructed with Environments for Living building technology, making them more energy efficient than Energy Star-certified homes and providing value for homeowners. By buying a home built to Environments for Living standards, there is improved indoor air quality, decreased heating and cooling costs and increased comfort, durability and quality.

To reach the neighborhood, take U.S. Highway 95 to Flamingo Road and go east, past Nellis Boulevard, to the entrance of Stallion Mountain on the left. Continue through the guard gate straight ahead and follow the signs to the neighborhood.
