Del Webb unveils three new models

Del Webb has unveiled three decorated and furnished model homes at the company's Club at Madeira Canyon neighborhood, located in the southern portion of Henderson.

The two-story designs range from 3,799 to 4,378 square feet, with up to five bedrooms and four full baths.

The Catania design features 3,799 square feet with four bedrooms and 21/2 baths, with a den or optional bedroom five. The first floor features living areas with a family room and open dining room and living room. On the second floor is a game room which offers the option of being a sixth bedroom plus loft.

The Brindisi model features 4,173 square feet, including five bedrooms and 31/2 baths, with one bedroom located on the first floor. The kitchen and dining nook open into a family room. The first floor also features a combined dining room and living room and walk-in pantry. In addition to the master suite and three secondary bedrooms, the second floor also features a game room or optional sixth bedroom plus loft.

The Ancona design offers five bedrooms, four baths and about 4,378 square feet. The first floor of the home features a family room and combined dining room and living room, plus one bedroom and full bath. There is also an option for a den or office. The second floor features the master suite and three additional bedrooms, all with walk-in closets. The home also has three full baths and a game room or optional bedroom six plus loft.

Each of the three new models features a covered front and side porch, as well as a covered rear patio.

The Club at Madeira Canyon is a guard-gated enclave located within the 487-acre Madeira Canyon master-planned community, in the southern portion of Henderson. The community offers views from its elevated location, along with amenities such as walking trails, an arroyo, park with sports facilities and playgrounds, and a site for a proposed elementary school.

Home buyers have a choice of 11 floor plans (in three elevation styles), ranging from about 2,096 to 4,817 square feet, with up to five bedrooms and 51/2 baths. Prices start in the $600,000s.

Del Webb homes are constructed with Environments for Living building technology. Such homes are 30 percent more energy-efficient than even Energy Star-certified homes.

During the current phase of sales at The Club at Madeira Canyon, Del Webb is offering promotions on selected homes that close before the end of 2007. Complete details can be obtained at the sales information center.

To visit The Club at Madeira Canyon, take the southern portion of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway to Eastern Avenue and go south, past St. Rose Parkway, to Anthem Parkway, then turn left. Continue on Anthem about six miles, then make a left onto Bicentennial Parkway, a left onto Anthem Highlands Drive, and a left onto Democracy Drive, then follow the signs to the model park.

Office hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Wednesday, when they open at noon.
