The Grand Cafe at Red Rock Resort, 11011 W. Charleston Blvd., is offering nearly 30 pink-themed desserts, available through Oct. 28. They were created in honor of October as National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and 50 percent of all proceeds from their sales will be donated to the Southern Nevada affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Among the desserts are pink-and-white chocolate-caramel apples, pink-glazed cheesecake and pink-ribbon cookies and lollipops. …
