High quality makes Krung Siam stand out from other restaurants. Its spices and herbs are imported from Thailand to ensure that its many dishes reflect authentic Thai flavor from the country’s culinary regions: North, Northeast,
Central and South. House specialties include roast duck curry, sweet and sour fish, Thai barbecue chicken, garlic shrimp, choo chee salmon in thick red curry sauce, Flame Water spinach and kana moo grob (crispy pork with Chinese
broccoli). Entrees are prepared with a choice of chicken, beef, pork, vegetables, shrimp, scallops or tofu and feature curry (red, yellow, panang, green), ginger, eggplant, cashews, Thai chili paste and basil. Popular noodle and rice
dishes are pad Thai, drunken noodle (indicate choice of spiciness from 1 to 10), chow mein, rad nar (pan-fried flat noodles), sukiyaki, chicken or beef noodle soup and yen ta fo, a rice noodle soup with seafood. There are salads (beef,
Thai silk, shrimp, papaya, soft-shell crab), appetizers (spring rolls, Thai dumplings, Thai beef or pork jerky, crispy tofu) and desserts such as sticky rice with mango and fried banana with ice cream. Lunch specials are served Monday
through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. House specialties start at $10.99. Krung Siam is open from 11 a.m. to 6 a.m. daily.
