Dunhill announces grand sales event at Tuscany Village

Dunhill Homes is kicking spring into high gear with a free event March 31 at Tuscany Village in Henderson. The event includes food and refreshments, a classic car show and prizes marking the debut of Dunhill’s special incentives being offered for a limited time at Tuscany Village.

“Spring is one of the best times of the year to buy a new home,” said Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Dunhill Homes. “Home shoppers want to find their new homes with enough time that they will move in before the start of the school year in August. Luckily for them, we have dozens of beautiful homes to choose from in one of the most scenic and active communities in Henderson.”

Dunhill Homes will host free food and refreshments from 11 a.m.-4 p.m.

“This is one event you won’t want to miss,” said sales associate Marina Petric. “Make sure to sign up for a chance to win a $500 Apple gift card.”

The savings will be offered for a limited time with special incentives worth thousands of dollars available on all new homes in the community.

“Whether you are looking for your first home or upgrading to a larger residence, there are dozens of options to enjoy the beautiful Tuscany Village lifestyle every day,” Petric said.

Tuscany Village has 13 new-home floor plans with seven fully decorated model homes. The one- and two-story homes range in size from 1,215 to 2,683 square feet with prices starting at $129,990.

Tuscany Village offers residents more amenities than any other master plan in Henderson, with monthly association fees that are often less than country club communities, Petric said. Among the amenities is a 35,000-square-foot recreation center, La Vita Tuscana.

La Vita Tuscana offers residents an indoor workout facility with weights and cardiovascular equipment, a full-length indoor basketball court and two racquetball/handball courts. Residents also can participate in a variety of classes, including Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, total body conditioning and circuit training in the group exercise room. Outdoor activities including a beach volleyball court, tennis courts, a basketball court and a resort pool, lap pool and two spas.

Another centerpiece of Tuscany Village is a championship golf course designed by famed golf course architect Ted Robinson. This award-winning course has twice been named Golf Magazine’s No. 1 golf course in Las Vegas in its annual BBQ (Bang for the Buck) quotient. The course is open to residents and the public, offering views of the desert landscape and Las Vegas skyline.

The community includes a 24-hour guard-gated entrance and no LID (improvement district) fees to homeowners.

“By paying for the master plan improvements, Dunhill Homes allows residents to save thousands over the life span of the home,” Petric said. “All residents also get 50 free channels of cable television, which is a big savings over the course of each year. All of this is included, with no LID fees.”

All floor plans at Tuscany Village are certified by the Energy Star program. Tankless water heaters, radiant barrier roofs, dual-pane low-emissivity argon gas vinyl windows and other energy-efficient elements are included as standard features in the homes.

To visit , take Lake Mead Drive in Henderson heading east. Follow the signs to the community and turn left on Mohawk Drive to the main entrance. The sales office is at 1549 Olivia Parkway and is open daily from 10 a.m.- 6 p.m.
