Dunhill Homes announces savings at Rhodes Ranch

Dunhill Homes, which has 11 plans and hundreds of options, is offering thousands in savings through June 15 during its Spring Sales Event.

“We already offer up to $10,000 in upgrades with new-home purchases at Rhodes Ranch, depending on the floor plan you select,” Dunhill Homes Sales Director Ryan Soucie said. “We are adding to that with thousands in additional savings during our Spring Sales Event. New homes in Rhodes Ranch are priced from the mid-$200,000s to the mid-$400,000s.

Rhodes Ranch amenities include guard-gated entrances on Fort Apache Road and Durango Drive; a recreation center, which includes the Fun Zone Water Park, cardiovascular equipment, weights, a full-length indoor basketball court, racquetball/handball courts, a social area, library, meeting rooms and billiard tables.

All Rhodes Ranch amenities are available to residents for $130 per month in homeowner’s association dues.

“And with no SID (special improvement district) fees, our residents get more amenities than most country club communities,” Soucie said.

Rhodes Ranch’s golf course rounds out the community’s amenities. The 18-hole championship course, designed by renowned architect Ted Robinson Sr., has layouts offering challenge and playability to golfers of all levels.
