Dunhill offers variety of home designs at Rhodes Ranch

Dunhill Homes offers 11 single- and two-story floor plans at Rhodes Ranch, a master-planned community in the southwestern valley. The homes are complemented by dozens of amenities available exclusively to residents, including the Rhodes Ranch golf course, a multi-million dollar recreation center, the Fun Zone Water Park and miles of walking trails.
The home designs have as many as six bedrooms and measure as large as 3,649 square feet. Prices start in the mid-$200,000s. Among the most popular plans are the single-story Geneva 2173 and the two-story Brighton 2443.
The single-story Geneva 2173 measures 2,173 square feet and can have as many as four bedrooms, as many as three baths, a great room, a kitchen island and a two-car garage with storage space.
“Geneva 2173 is our best-selling single-story home,” said sales agent Hadley Goddard. “It has a very open feeling with a large gourmet kitchen opening up to an oversized great room. It also has a very flexible space between its great room and owner’s suite.”
Homebuyers can use the flexible space for an oversized great room and owner’s suite or create three rooms with the addition of an owner’s sitting room, den, home office or a fourth bedroom and full bath.
Goddard said one of the community’s most popular two-story homes is Brighton 2443.
“This home has one of the largest game rooms of any home in Rhodes Ranch,” she said. “It also has a large backyard and an optional first-floor bedroom and bath, which is perfect for guests and family members that want a little privacy from the main bedrooms.”
Brighton 2443 can be built with as many as five bedrooms and as many as three baths.
“And for a limited time, you can get up to $10,000 to use for options when using our preferred lender or paying cash,” Goddard said. “That gives even more flexibility when personalizing your home to suit your tastes perfectly.”
Every home at Rhodes Ranch is built with standard features that are included in the price of the home. Maple wood cabinetry and Moen chrome faucets are included throughout the home, and all kitchens include granite countertops and Whirlpool appliances.
