According to first-time home buyers Henry Quilao and Charlene Domingo, they were not really looking to buy when they discovered the home of their dreams at Aliante, a master-planned community in North Las Vegas. The recently engaged couple considered a number of options for a future purchase, but what they found at Aliante they couldn’t resist.
“My sister was living in Aliante and loved everything about it,” Domingo said. “When we first visited, we felt the same way. The parks, walking trails were very attractive to us; it’s a very quiet area and everything is so convenient. It is obvious that a lot of thought was put into the design of this community.”
Next, the couple walked through the model homes at Pardee Homes’ Springdale neighborhood.
“We were planning to hold off on buying a home until early next year, but once we saw the Plan Three model, we knew we had to move on it right away,” Quilao said. “It’s a very spacious-feeling home and we thought it was an excellent value, considering the quality, the included features and the master-planned location.
“Also, we’re an active couple and our home is very close to Nature Discovery Park, where we can walk, jog, play volleyball and just enjoy the outdoors,” he added.
The Plan Three design at Springdale is a two-story home that features four bedrooms, loft, three baths and three-car garage in 2,962 square feet. Available options include a casita and bonus room.
Domingo said that upon purchasing their new home, the couple met some of their new neighbors.
“We’re just amazed at how friendly everyone is,” she said. “Within a very short time of moving in, we had met many of our fellow homeowners in Springdale and made lots of new friends. That really made a positive impression on us.”
“Being able to be part of a master-planned community like Aliante is a real advantage,” she said. “As newcomers to Southern Nevada, we didn’t know what to expect, but we were thrilled to find such a wonderful place to live.”
