Longtime Southern Nevada residents Sheena and Craig Campbell, have owned several homes in the Las Vegas Valley over the years.
When they purchased their most recent home, they had been looking for a floor plan design with more space, larger bedrooms and more privacy for their family of four, which includes daughters, Olivia, 12, and Jenna, 9.
The couple’s ultimate dream was to find their future home in a golf-course community.
After nearly eight months of touring new homes and neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley, the Campbells found what they were looking for at Pulte Homes’ Princeville Collection at Silverstone Ranch, in northwestern Las Vegas.
“As soon as we walked through the Plan 3380 model, we knew our search was over,” said Sheena Campbell, an educator with the Clark County School District. “From there, the rest was a bonus, which included being in a guard-gated community with a golf course, and having a home site that is nearly one-third of an acre. It was everything we had hoped to find.”
The Plan 3380 design the Campbells purchased at the Princeville Collection is a two-story home featuring four bedrooms and 31/2 baths in 3,380 square feet. The home features a main-level master suite with three additional bedrooms and two full baths upstairs. The kitchen overlooks the covered rear patio and opens to a great room with a fireplace. The home also features formal living and dining rooms as well as a courtyard entry with a covered porch.
“We love going out for walks at night, we love driving in and seeing the lake and the golf course. The neighbors here are very friendly. Everything about this community is just beautiful,” Sheena Campbell said.
Only a few golf-course homes remain in the Princeville Collection at Silverstone Ranch, which features home designs ranging from 3,000 to 3,448 square feet with up to four bedrooms and 31/2 baths.
Special closeout pricing starts in the $580,000s, according to the builder.
The home sites for the Princeville Collection are located along the ninth tee and fourth fairway of the golf course.
Pulte Homes has substantially completed development at Silverstone Ranch, which is near the new Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs and the Gilcrease Orchards, a pick-your-own-produce facility.
Silverstone Ranch features a clubhouse with a restaurant, lounge and meeting rooms. Landscaped trails connect the various neighborhoods, which feature controlled access.
The golf course includes a school for novice players and offers discounts for residents.
Less than a five-minute drive from Silverstone Ranch, the city will soon open its 98,000-square-foot Centennial Hills Park Community Center, the largest of its kind in the state. About three miles away, a new hospital is set to open later this year. Also, a new indoor shopping mall is planned.
Pulte Homes offers its Signature Standards, which includes brand-name amenities as standard features. They include granite surface countertops, York heating and air-conditioning systems, Mohawk flooring, Sherwin-Williams paint, Moen faucets, Kohler plumbing fixtures, General Electric appliances, Schlage door hardware, Sea Gull lighting and Zodiaq natural quartz surfaces.
Additionally, Pulte homes are constructed with Environments for Living building technology and include blown-in cellulose insulation and dual-pane, vinyl-framed, low-emittance windows.
To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, go east and proceed around the curve to Grand Teton Drive. Drive east to Buffalo Drive, then go north into the community. Take the first right to see the Princeville Collection models.
